  5. Pull syringe plunger with desired unit
  6. Push syringe needle into vial
  7. Push the plunger down
  8. Turn vial upside down and pull the plunger down to withdraw insulin
  9. Remove all air bubbles and check dose
  10. Pick clean injection site and push needle in skin
  11. Push plunger and withdraw needle
