‘The dentist put a filling in my tooth; I now receive messages through the filling that control what I think and do.’

‘It snowed last night b/c I wished very hard that it would.’
Magical Thinking Delusion

ex: irrationally assuming that, when in the presence of others, one is the object of their discussions

Belief that body is changing in an unusual way, such as growing a 3rd arm.

Fixed, false beliefs.
Delusions
‘The world no longer exists.’
Nihilistic Delusion
Misconstrues trivial events and attaches personal significance to them, such as believing that others, who are discussing their next meal, are talking about them.
