No. Not by the crewmember. However, if you receive an IDM target indexed with a number that would be in your safe set, it will overwrite the current safe set value.

The number indicates the Map Viewing Range, distance from edge-to-edge of the MPD.
What is DTED?
Digital Terrain Elevation Data. (map elevation detail)
What types of maps are available for display on the MPD?
Digital (dig), Tactical Chart (TAC Chart), Satellite (sat), Civilian Chart, and Stick.
A grid status window appears in the upper right corner of the TSD when the grid option is active. What does it represent?
Distance between the grid lines.
What does a gray screen with a black cross pattern area of the map indicate?
The default scale map is not loaded on the RMM.
What 3 map orientation options are available from the Map page? Which orientation is the default option?
North-up, Track-up (default), and Heading-Up.
What types of points can be stored?
WP, HZ, CM, TG, and MK.
What is an identifier?
And identifier is the two letters from the abbreviations page that will further identify a coordinate point beyond the type and determine the TSD icon presented.
What process allows the crewmember to change the IDENT as desired?
The EDIT process.
What will be used to compute altitude when adding points?
DTED, then aircraft present position altitude.
The three methods available to complete a way point store must be initiated from which page?
TSD- POINT- STO- TYPE to WP
During the add or edit process, the crewmember uses the KU to add/edit data in the database. What information will be entered if no keyboard entry is made, and the crewmember simply selects enter on the KU?
The information displayed at L1 is automatically accepted as the data for that portion of the add/edit process.
