Go into EBD- Go to Claims - Select most recent claim - Scroll down to the table on incentives to see it

reminder: Where any services alternate treated on the claim?
A
In MTV they are looking at service coding and if they have been edited - go to MTV - and pull up claim DCN - select more info - select ex summary to see notes
