Inhibits audio nav signals and filters out ident signals

If both FACs fail at high speed how is the Rudder Travel Limiter restriction removed?

How does automatic flap retraction work?
Config 1+F: Flaps retract to 0° at 210kts
Config 1: Flaps extend to 10° at 100kts
