Anorexja

Weight loss
Butterfly rash
Finger tip lesions
Periungual erythema 
Splinter hemorrhages
Alopecia
Reynards phenomenon and 20% of patients
Joint symptoms often early manifestation
Photosensitivity
Vasculitis
Nephritis
Ocular manifestations
Pericardial manifestations
Pulmonary manifestations
Abdominal pains, ileus, peritonitis

A

ANA + in 95% of patients
Anti-phospholipid antibodies
Anemia, leukopenia, and thrombocytopenia are often present

SLE management

A

For mild symptoms: bedrest, mid afternoon naps, avoidance of fatigue
Sun protection
Use topical glucocorticoid for isolated skin lesions
NSAIDs, hydroxychloroquine, glucocorticoid and other therapies
