Confusion, hallucinations, blurred vision Urinary retention Hypotension, tachy, dysrythmias Hypothermia Seizures

A
Admit to ICU if central nervous system or cardiac toxicity evident
Activated charcoal
Sodium by carbonate to counter dysrhythmias and maintain pH
Benzodiazepine as needed to control seizures
Treat Serotonin syndrome

Dantrolene sodium (dantrium)
Clonazepam (klonopin) used to treat rigors
Cooling blankets to control temperature
