Yes Unit FA the Paddocks. EPC was an F – EPC recommended installing LED lights and this brought the EPC up to an E. Currently being lodged ahead of 1st April 2023

• Each quarter we analyze the EVORA sustainability measures/performance of the building over the last 3 months and provide comments.
• From this, we are able to assess where we can improve sustainability wise in the building and look to implement measures

Can you tell me about something you implemented in your property following an EVORA report?

• Reduced plant running times over COVID-19 due to low occupation
• Farringdon Point – high gas usage due to old inefficient boiler. Undertook a feasibility study to install electric water heaters which is now being instructed following client approval
• Low flow water pressure points to taps to reduce water consumption
