Platter of everything spicy! Comes with 3 rolls: yellowtail, tuna, scallop; and 3 gunkan sushi: salmon, whitefish, crab.
Gunkan is a nigiri style – nas nori wrapped around the outside, holding the seafood on top of the rice like a boat.
Crab is snow crab.
Spicy masago mayo is used in all rolls and sushi to make it spicy.

Shareable platter for 2 to 4 people. 18 pc. of sashimi (same as sashimi deluxe) & 12 pc. Sushi (chefs choice), and 3 rolls (dragon, blue ribbon, sakana san shu). Can be made for 2-4 people, amount of fish consistent but plating will change.
For 2: two each six kinds sushi
For 3: three each four kinds sushi
For 4: four each three kinds of sushi

Server must fire each course and memo modifications on each course separately. Allergies are accommodated, modifications are not. Not all people at the table are required to order omakase.
