AJI SASHIMI APPETIZER
“Aji Two ways” Seasonal special
Whole Japanese Horse Mackerel sashimi sliced plated with the aji bones. Side of ponzu with ginger & scallion.
After the guest is finished enjoying the sashimi, bring the bones to the chef in the kitchen.
It will be floured and deep fried, served with ponzu on the side.

8 thinly sliced amberjack (kanpachi) topped with yuzu kosho pepper (made with grated green chili pepper and yuzu zest) and a yuzu juice and ponzu sauce mix.

SALMON SERRANO
8 thinly sliced pieces of soy marinated salmon topped with sliced serrano pepper, lime miso dressing (lime juice, miso & usukuchi soy sauce). Sprinkled with yuzu salt. Garnished with micro red shiso.
