Use triangulation/compass+ map to create an area of infestation. Hard to use because most submerged vegetation is scattered throughout the water body.

Method to measure submerged aquatic weed infestation that requires a boat, accurate map of the water body, a tachometer and a Fathometer. Best way to estimate weed population not easy to see plants with the naked eye.
