Surah Al-Falaq ( The Daybreak )

Question 1

Surah Falaq Verse 1:

قُلْ أَعُوذُ بِرَبِّ ٱلْفَلَقِ ١

Qul a’oozu bi rabbil-falaq

Answer 1

Say, ‘O Prophet,’ “I seek refuge in the Lord of the daybreak

Question 2

Surah Falaq Verse 2:

   مِن شَرِّ مَا خَلَق

Min sharri maa khalaq

Answer 2

from the evil of whatever He has created,

Question 3

Surah Falaq Verse 3:

وَمِن شَرِّ غَاسِقٍ إِذَا وَقَبَ

Wa min sharri ghaasiqin izaa waqab

Answer 3

and from the evil of the night when it grows dark,

Question 4

Surah Falaq Verse 4:

وَمِن شَرِّ ٱلنَّفَّـٰثَـٰتِ فِى ٱلْعُقَد

Wa min sharrin-naffaa-saati fil ‘uqad

Answer 4

And from the evil of those who practice witchcraft when they blow in the knots,

Question 5

Surah Falaq - Verse 5 :

وَمِن شَرِّ حَاسِدٍ إِذَا حَسَد

Wa min sharri haasidin izaa hasad

Answer 5

and from the evil of an envier when they envy.
