Gregg robbed 2 people and killed them while doing it. He put the two people in a hole and shot them twice to make sure they were dead. He is put on death penalty and thinks he should not be on it.

TLO is a 14 years old girl and she got caught smoking in the bathroom at school. She refused to admit it to the principal and so the principal decided she had a right to search her bag. The student says she did not have a search warrant to do so.

Cathy Kulhmeier and her peers are editors of the newspaper and put 2 articles about birth control and divorce. The principal decided she had the right to take them out of the paper and the kids feel they should have the right to write this in the newspaper.

Ishmael Jafree feels that his 5 year old son is being forces to recite prayers in school and he should not be able to. Alabama states that he is being forced by his peers not by the school.
