What are the signs and symptoms of SVT in neonates
A
Occuring in episodes, they seem generally unwell, pale, poor feeding, vomiting, and may not be as alert

Treatment of neonatal SVT
A
Often doesn’t require treatment, longer episodes are treated. Beta blockers and can add fleccanide, digoxin, or amiodarone.

Treatment of SVT episode if it goes on longer than 20 minutes
A
Treated in hospital, can give IV adenosine or exposing baby to ice

Recurrence of SVTs
A
Can grow out of it by age 1 and reemerge at 5-8 which is treated wit ablation
