What happened with the Aalands Islands? What were the consequences?
A
1921 - The Aalands Islands belonged to Finland but the people wanted to be governed by Sweden. They couldn’t agree. LON decided Finland should and no weapons should be kept.
CONSEQUENCES:
Both countries accepted it. It remains in force today!

What happened with Upper Silesia?
A
1921-1925 - 700,000 voted that Upper Silesia to be apart of Germany and 500,00 voted to be apart of Poland. This caused riots. LON split Upper Silesia in half.
Consequences:
It was accepted.
