- Over 60 countries (including Germany) agreed to not use war against each other in the near future.
- This marks the point of idealism in international relations in 1920s.
- NOTHING IS SAID ABOUT WHAT WOULD HAPPEN IF A COUNTRY DID NOT KEEP THE TERMS OF THE AGREEMENT! NO CONSEQUENCES.
