How did Britain feel that Germany should be punished?
A
- Should pay for damage that war caused.
- Worried that if Germany was crippled that it would cause future wars or communism.
- To be strong enough to trade w/Britain.

A
- Crippled.
- Force Germany to pay France for all damage caused by war.
- Admit blame for causing war.
- Reduce Germany’s army to make Germany weak and unable to invade France again.

-To keep the British Empire strong, united and well defended.

- Reduce amount of weapons for each country - to disarm!
- No more secret alliances.
- To set up “League of Nations” - all countries will solve problems peacefully.
- No self-determination - countries can rule themselves.
