part of a cannabis plant, including the phytocannabinoids produced by or found in such a plant, regardless of whether that part has been processed or not, other than a part of the plant referred to in Schedule 2

Cannabis
a member of a College regulated under the Regulated Health Professions Act.
Health Care Professional
modifying the workplace environment or the functions of a position to enable a member needing medically supported accommodation to perform the essential duties of the position or the essential duties of an
alternative available position for which the member is qualified.
Medical Accommodation
a licenced, qualified medical practitioner engaged by the Toronto Police Service
Medical Advisor
the purposes of a member seeking help for a substance abuse problem, means work that is modified to permit a member with a disability to work in accordance with limitations imposed by the Medical
Advisor – Wellness – Medical Advisory Services.
Restricted Duties (Substance Abuse)
sick leave accrued in accordance with the relevant Collective Agreement.
Sick Benefits
an illness/injury that is not work related but which prevents a member from working or completing a tour
of duty.
