Yes my firm offer a variety of services to commercial owners, social housing providers and some clients have an understanding of the process and some not. I am able to identify the client type and levels of client care required.

By using active listening skills when meeting the homeowner I was able to address her concerns. I kept the homeowner updated via telephone and confirmed discussion points in writing by email, that was important to establish a paper trail.
