A
- Loss of consciousness or syncope = -1 point
- Seizure acitivty = -1 point
- New, acute onset of: (+1 point for each)
- asymmetric facial weakness
- asymmetric arm weakness
- asymmetric leg weakness
- speech disturbance
- visual field defect
