Guidelines for Stretching

A
  • Stretch each side for 20 seconds unless otherwise prescribed
  • Repeat this stretch 3 times per session and then do it 3 times a day.
  • Once the feeling of stretch is no longer appreciated, you can cut down on frequency
  • Ask patient for teach back
