Guidelines for Stretching
A
- Stretch each side for 20 seconds unless otherwise prescribed
- Repeat this stretch 3 times per session and then do it 3 times a day.
- Once the feeling of stretch is no longer appreciated, you can cut down on frequency
- Ask patient for teach back
