- If you had some drinks
- Guests need finely balanced cocktails

Technique to make it seem like customer’s receiving more than 1.5oz
A
- Pour in jigger/shot glass (count to 4), on 4th count dump and simultaneously continue pouring till 6
- More efficient. Can be done with multiple drinks one after the other when pouring same base
