Whiskey Sour

Answer 1

• 2oz bourbon
• 1oz fresh lime juice
• 1oz fresh lemon juice
• 1/2 or 3/4 of lemon
• 1/2oz simple syrup
• Shake & strain into cup with ice and orange slice garnish

Pina Colada

Answer 2

• 2oz white rum
• 1oz coconut cream
• 1oz heavy cream
• 6oz pineapple juice
• 4oz ice
• Blend till frothy consistency
• Serve with pineapple & cherry garnish

Classic Manhattan

• 2oz Rye whiskey (can be made with bourbon)
• 1oz sweet vermouth
• 1 dash of angostura bitters
• Pour over ice & stir (at least 30sec to dilute & cool)
• Garnish with cherry

• 1.33oz gin or vodka
• 0.66oz dry vermouth
• Add olive brine with bar spoon (hold back on it)
• Stir or shake
• Pour into chilled martini glass & garnish with olive

• Add 4 quarters of lime to a mixing glass
• ~10 fresh mint leaves
• 3 tsp granulated sugar
• Muddle ingredients
• 2oz light rum
• Shake & strain into old fashioned glass (leave a little room at the top)
• Top off with club soda
• Garnish with mint & slice of lime

• 1.33oz gin
• 0.66oz dry vermouth
• Add ice & stir/shake
• Pour into chilled Martini glass
• Garnish with olive or lemon twist
