FILET BONE - 16 oz. of beef tenderloin. the leanness and tenderness of a tenderlion but with the marbling that comes from aging on the bone. usda choice or better.

BONE IN RIBEYE - 22 oz. of usda prime ribeye steak. most marbled and flavorful steak.
Bone-in NY Strip
STRIP BONE - 22 oz. usda prime bone in strip (kansas city strip). aged and broiled on the bone for extra flavor. its our signature steak.
Prime Porterhouse
PORTER - 24 oz bone in usda prime porterhouse steak. ny strip on one side, filet mignon on the other side (served filet side forward). aged and broiled on the bone for extra flavor.
