How do you create a new process?

A

Go to SAP Signavio > process intelligence (navigating to process page)
- click the create button and give it a process name
- now your process is ready to upload data

How to upload the event log?

A
  1. In the process settings drag & drop the event log file
  2. A new window will open to import the data
  3. for the time stamp column, select the format and click import

How to upload the attribute log?

A
  1. In the process settings drag & drop the attribute log file
  2. select which column contains case ID and select the tick box to confirm this isn’t the event log
  3. types for the columns can be adjusted as needed or kept the same (if no adjustments - select the ‘accept all suggestions’ top right link) , click import

  1. go to investigations tab and click ‘new investigation’
  2. provide a name for investigation then click ‘go to investigation’
  3. it can now be visusalised in your investigation page
