Ease out of dive (gentle, be aware of g limits, but also get on with it, particularly when clean)

State performance limits + what the config will be with A
Lookout as req.
Update as req.
Heights = 2000ft above base good place to work
Stall set up - Clean
HASLLG (ideally in climb, above base before inverted check)
Level off 140, 28%TQ
Lookout turn, 45 deg AoB
Roll out, idle, FP, DW, TCAS
Trim to 100KIAS
Maintain level, then SSR at stick shaker
Stall set up - On final approach
HASLLG, stabilised 140KIAS, 28%TQ
App. Checks
Set 35% TQ, stabilised 120KIAS
Lookout in to turn + TCAS check
15% TQ (Must be this setting)
30 deg AoB
5 deg ND
Select Land flap (L-O-I)
Commentate on actions with the E bar + lookout in to the turn
Roll out, set 2 deg ND
SSR at stick shaker (approx. 80-84KIAS)
After any stall
Climb away to Datums, +ve rate, after T/O checks + idiot checks
Back on Datums for next one + confirm no overstress with G meter (reset in HASLLG and HASLLG updates)
Stall set up - Final turn
HASLLG update, 140, 28%
App. Checks - 35% for 120
Lookout in to turn + TCAS
10%, 30 deg AoB, 5 deg ND, Ldg flap
Half way - roll to 45 AoB + squeeze of BP
SSR at stick shaker, watch attitude doesn’t drop as AoB increases to control speed
Manoeuvre stall set up - VRIAB
HASLLG - accelerating to 200KIAS
Idle and 60 deg. AoB for climbing break
Below 160, increase AoB and BP to level out
Stick shaker - Unload bit of BP, decrease AoB and apply power as req. to continue turn symptom free
VRIAB
Normally 240KIAS or higher
Initials - then Descend to 500ft (800ft min on 31R)
Locate all cct traffic
Select break point based on position of other traffic
Roll to 60 deg AoB
Pull 2-3g, achieving approx. 5 deg NU
(from 800ft = more AoB + 2 deg NU)
IDLE
Spd brk out
“AXX, on the break, intentions”
100ft anticipate, increase AoB to level
At 160KIAS, Spd brk in + throttle to 28%, catch approx. just under 150 KIAS
Adjust TQ set to get right speed for the cct position you will end up in
Beam threshold 125KIAS as normal, final call as normal
