A

NO

A DAAIS does not constitute permission to cross a DA. You must contact the relevant unit and request a DACS.

Callsign
SID or standard departure route designator (where appropriate)
Current or passing level
Initial climb level (first level at which the aircraft will level off unless otherwise cleared)

What does a transmission prefixed with “SECURITE (-tay), SECURITE, SECURITE” indicate?

A

Military ground station is broadcasting a message to all traffic a message that contains information affecting safety, but not an emergency situation.

Aircraft acknowledgement is not required, however aircraft may obtain more information by contacting the ground station.

E.g. “Securite, Securite, Securite, all traffic, Westbury Approach, D527 now active for live firing, surface to 2500ft”
