How does your role add to your organisations aims
Income generation and transformational partnerships. Our goal is to raise funds and work with partners to increase impact. By developing pipelines and relationships with companies that have strong synergy and can provide not just financial value but reach, expertise and pro-bono support to help our developing charity.

1) due diligence £10k upwards. Whittle out any conflict of interest.
2) Brand licensing - make sure that we are taxing commercial partnerships correctly.
Example of when you have worked collaboratively with internal and external
Delivering a Christmas partnership with Homebase and I was the middle man. Corporate partnerships take more than one team so I was liaising with both Homebase and internal colleugues. Really appreciate that whilst this is my main role they are a support function - engage with them accordingly.
RACI and situational analysis acts as an overview.
Depending on where they fall and their personal preferences. Adapt communication.

Ness referenced in her behaviour statement that although I’m new business I keep close to the accounts to see them launch seamlessly.
