Why fitness components are important for sporting success?

In order for a person to perform their best they will need to train specific components of fitness in order to best fit their position or sport for example a basketball player needs a row that endurance speed flexibility power and muscular endurance and strength in order to move effectively around the “intercept passes and school baskets they also need to have great agility and fit work so they can change direction quickly and respond rapidly to the positions of the opponents
