Diagnostic triage

- Vascular origin
- Serious pathology
- systemic disease: dehydration, organs, tumor, infection, arthritides
First safety, then aid
Is it safe to approach athlete? Be dogmatic
Medical emergency? CPR, vitals, mentalstatus?

Ability of patient to understand and accept risks
