High cervical injuries can result in tetraplegia. May affect breathing

Lower Cervical injuries may allow for some movement of the arm and hand but most often result in some degree of paralysis in the legs

Injuries in this region can effext the lower limbs and truck, but allow foe some hip control and legs. Wheelchair use if often needed but walking with aids may be possible

Injuries may lead to partial paralysisbof the legs and affect the bowel, bladde4bqjrbsome sexual function but generally preserve trunk function and allow for some leg movement.
