What structures form the spermatic cord
Ductus deferens
The testicular blood vessels, nerves and lymphatic vessels.
Each spermatic cord begins where
At the entrance to the inguinal canal. The spermatic cord descends into the scrotum.

Diferential artery, a testicular artery, and the Pampiniform Plexus of a testicular vein
Nerves of the spermatic cord
Branches of the Genitofemoral nerve from the lumbar plexus provide innervation
Inguinal canals
Form during development as the testes descended into the scrotum.
These canals link this scrotal cavities with the peritoneal cavity.
The presence of this for manic chords creates weak points in the abdominal wall this is why inguinal hernias can happen
Inguinal hernia
Protrusion of visceral tissues or organs into the inguinal canal
The inguinal canal’s in women
Are very small, contain only the ilioinguinal nerves and the round ligaments of the uterus.
