Q

What are the vinification methods used in Val de Mar Rose Sparkling Wine and what are its tasting notes?

A

All of the grapes are grown in the famous limestone soil of Chablis. The wine spends 13 months on the lees. It is a Brut Nature: no added sweetness which creates a very dry style of sparkling wine that is red fruit focused. Made in the champagne method but not made in Champagne, thus it is a Cremant de Bourgogne.
