How many oysters come in an order of oysters and what are the accompaniments?
Six oysters come in an order. The oysters are served on top of crushed ice and come with horse radish, cocktail sauce, mignonette, tobasco, lemon, and five pepper jelly (green bell pepper, red bell pepper, jalapeno, Anaheim, Fresno chili, glucose, and white vinegar).
Are there any allergies in the oysters?
Mollusk is the allergy present in the oysters. It comes from the oysters.
What are the meats on the charcuterie board?
The meat board is composed of duck bresaola, lamb prosciutto, country ham, wagyu bresaola, foie torchon, and country terrine.
What is in the foie torchon?
The foie torchon is made of salt, sugar, white pepper, cinnamon, sauternes, star anise, orange zest, ginger, and foie gras.
What are the accompaniments on the charcuterie board?
The charcuterie board meats are accompanied by stoneground mustard, pickled mustard seed, frisee, cornichons, and grilled Filone bread.
Are there allergies in the charcuterie board, what ingredients cause them, and can it be served without those without those ingredients?
Yes. The Filone bread and the terrines (potentially) posses gluten, and possibly nuts depending on the terrine. Yes, this can still be served with GF bread and more of one meat to compensate for the terrine.
What is main component in the burrata?
The main component in the burrata is a 5 oz. house smoked burrata (smoked mozzarella).
What are the garnishes on the burrata?
The burrata is garnished with beet and pickled ramp, marinated olives, toasted focaccia, and a micro herb mix.
Are there any allergies on burrata, what are they, and can they be avoided?
Yes. There is gluten in the focaccia and dairy in the burrata. The focaccia can be replaced with GF bread and and but the burrata cannot be removed for dairy allergies.
