I think, in general, a formal dress code can be very beneficial in the workplace. Some people do not like dressing formally for work, as they prefer to be comfortable in their own clothes. However, other people think that smart dress has some advantages because it keeps people focused and encourages hard work. When people are dressed formally, they act formally which is how they should in the workplace.

It all depends on the moods of the people involved as well as the weather. However, generally speaking, people in my country like to wear traditional costumes during religious festivals, or wedding ceremonies. Many people also choose to wear national clothes during “Lunar New Year” celebration
