SES - enabler
A
high ses can encourage you to exercise:
- education: knowing the importance of exercise
- income: money to spend on exercise (eg signing up to sport clubs)
- employment: able to choose your own hours meaning you can exercise outside of work, not being tired after work and still being able to participate in sport

A
- education: may not understand the importance of sport, school may be getting in the way of sport participation
- income: may not be able to afford to participate in sport eg being in teams
- employment: no time outside of work to play sport
