Predictions: 1. should be a strong sexual dimorphism in the cultural display. 2. Production of this display should increase rapidly at puberty, peak at young adulthood, decline over adult life.

At first, a larger brain helped with survival. then a gene for female choosiness came along (larger brain = more attractive) so humans got larger brains and became more creative.
