A

Ultimately they aren’t successful

  • the Okrhana infiltrate them and neutralize them even to the point where the head of the combat group in the SR joins the Okhrana and becomes a double agent and sells the SRs out
  • They also didn’t execute the Tsar which is the person that can actually create change
