the various ways in which human beings are affected by their interactions.
E.g. a baby has to be taught norms and values in order to be able to function in society. How the child is taught the norms and values of society will determine their destination and life choices

what is primary socialisation?

A

Human babies must learn to behave through the process of primary socialisation

Babies respond to the approval and disproval of their parents and learn by coping. This social process equips a growing child with the basics of language and how to behave in society
