Found over 18’s were more likely to give up their seat due to morals and beliefs

- Collect qualitative + quantitative data - Allowed us to analysis the numerical data and carry out a thermatic analysis
- Standadised procedure - Reliable - Everyone experienced the same

- Didn’t screen psychology students - May know aim - Chance of demand characteristics
