the big issue: a magazine sold by homeless or vulnerably housed people to help them earn an income.
What are not-for-profit organisations?
businesses that trade in order to benefit the community. they have social aims (eg job creation, providing community services, and fair trade), as well as trying to make money.
What are some different types of social enterprises?
community development trusts, housing associations, worker-owned cooperatives, and even sports clubs.
