question are assessing many personality traits, by asking which behaviors and responses the person would choose
Factor Analysis
identifying factors that tend to cluster together

5 basic personality traits that people have
Agreeableness
how much you trust other people; don’t question much
Openness
how well someone likes variety in life
Extraversion
being more social able and outgoing
Conscientiousness
how self-aware someone is
Emotional Stability
how anxious someone is/gets
