Q

Aerobic target zone

A

60% = (60x204) divided by 100 =122.4

Q

How to work out Karvonen Formula

A

220 - age(14) = 206
190 - resting heart rate(68) = 138
138 x 0.60 = 82.8
138 x 0.80 = 110.4

82.8 + rhr(68) = 150.8 (60%)
110.4 + rhr(68) = 178.4 (80%)
