What is Health
Health is a state of complete emotional/psychological physical and social well-being
What is fitness
Fitness is being in the right emotional/psychological and physical shape to be able to do what your sport requires of you
What is exercise
Exercise is physical activity that maintain or imorove health or fitness. Activities such as walking or cycling to school to are still forms of exercise as they require physical effort
What is performance
Performance is how well a task is completed
What are the benefits of a healthy active lifestyle physically

The percentage of body weight that is muscle fat or bone
