Creating a PEP is a life skill which should enable you to plan your fitness requirements for the rest of your life.
A PEP is a training programme designed to improve your personal fitness. This may be associated with any one of the components of fitness and an activity.
For example, if you play football or netball improved cardiovascular fitness is likely to improve your performance in a game situation. If your sport is shot put in athletics you would aim to improve your strength.
A PEP can also include a diet plan as well allowing an individual to plan for a work-rest balance to make sure you recover well before your next training sessio
