Health is a stage of complete emotional/psychological, physical and social well-being.
What is fitness
Being in the right emotional/psychological and physical shape to be able to do what your sport requires of you
What is excersise?
Any activity that needs physical effort e.g. walking, running, cycling
What is performance?
How well a task is completed
How would a healthy active lifestyle benifit us mentally?
