SOA for the role of Jesus in creation and what it shows
John 1:13 - In the Beginning was the Word and the Word was with God, And the Word was God.
- The Word refers to Jesus and his presence with God during creation. This demonstrates that through Jesus all things were made
SOA for the role of The Holy Spirit in creation and what it shows
Genesis 1:1-3 : During creation of earth ‘ The Spirit of God was hovering over the waters’
This shows that The Holy Spirit was, like Jesus, present from the start of creation further reinforcing the Trinity and their presence
SOA for Jesus’ resurrection
John 20-19-22: ‘ A the Father has sent me , I am sending you’
- This passage shows that Jesus is divine as he has been resurrected and is appearing to his disciples. It also shows that he is God incarnate. This reinforces the belief in the Trinity as it shows Jesus, the father and the Holy Spirit
