Bananas

Greek yogurt contains more protein compared to regular yogurt. It’s also a good source of calcium and provides probiotics that are good for your gut health.
Vanilla Extract
Vanilla extract offers many health benefits. Vanillin is known to have both antioxidant properties and anti- inflammatory properties, as well as being neuroprotective, antifungal, antibacterial, boosting antibiotics, and helpful for wound healing.
