Simple Hummus : Vegan
Pureed garbanzo beans, tahini, lemon juice, garlic, salt, cane sugar, cumin, EVOO topped with olive tapenade. Served with house made pita.
olive tapenade: Kalamata olives, peppadew peppers, lemon zest, oregano
Make sure the Guest has a spoon.
Substitute Gluten-Free Pita or Veggies are available upon request for a small upcharge.
This item would be a good starter for the table to share, or side item for lunch/dinner. You can sub raw veggies for pita for an extra $3.00.
Avocado Hummus: Vegan
Simple hummus mixed with avocado, jalapeno, garlic, cilantro, green onion, lime juice, EVOO, salt, cane sugar topped with corn relish. Served with house made pita.
Corn Relish: clementine segments, radish, roasted corn, pumpkin seeds, cilantro, green onion, EVOO, lime, salt.
Make sure the Guest has a spoon.

Marinade: fennel, parsley, chili flake, oregano, green onion, thyme, garlic, salt, grapeseed oil.
Grass-fed steak means that the cows are fed grass, not corn or grains.

All Natural Chicken
3.5 oz. of marinated all natural chicken breast.

Marinade: fennel, parsley, chili flake, oregano, green onion, thyme, garlic, salt, grapeseed oil.
All natural chicken means that the chickens are fed an all vegetarian diet and given no antibiotics.

The salmon is caught in a way that considers the health and maintains the integrity of the fish and the water it is raised in.
