Dressing: Cauliflower florets roasted with Indian spices (garam masala), grapeseed oil, salt, cane sugar, and then tossed with cauliflower relish.
Cauliflower relish: almonds, raisins, dates, mint, turmeric, lemon juice, lemon zest, grapeseed oil, salt.
Cauliflower is very high in Vitamin C and promotes heart health.

Prairie Breeze is an aged white cheddar. Fusilli is corkscrew shaped pasta.
